Bangus combines the teachings of Darkus, Regia, Balthus and Atkus. It has been observed that extended training with Bangus increases the Ranger's health recovery in the same manner as Troilus. Training with Bangus provides a strong foundation of fighting skills for a Ranger to branch out from.
