A small, purpley-blue egg laid by a Scarmis Queen. Scarmis Eggs are a key ingredient both in Luminescent Salves and in Luminescent Culture. Scarmis Eggs will not hatch once removed from their nest; they require the care of the Scarmis Queen to become larvae.

 

Due to extremely quick hatching rates, there are never more than a handful of these eggs in a Scarmis Queen's lair. They are the treasure of the Pit, the prize most highly guarded. It is nearly impossible to retrieve a Scarmis Egg from its nest without slaying all the Scarmis that serve as its guardians.
