The most common family of fish found in the Lok'Groton, snackerel are popular with fishers due to their fine, oily meat and the ease with which they are baited. Snackerel have slim, cylindrical bodies and extremely small scales. They are easily cleaned, but cannot be served too long after being caught because the meat quickly spoils.
