Found primarily in the mists of the Ethereal Plane, the Tortured Soul is easily distinguished from the other blue-robed undine by the extremely slow pace at which it travels. Strength of these anguished spirits varies, but they tend to be slightly stronger than a Wraith, particularly hitting with more force.
