JadeArachnoid Hidden away in damp stretches of Marsh, the Jade Arachnoid tunnels are a narrow, steeply sloping hideaway fraught with danger. There are two of these caves, divided by a subterranean river which can be heard babbling near the deepest reaches. The entrance to these caves is not obviously marked — an outcropping of rock in the Northern Marsh casts shadows over the entrance. Jade Arachnoids are very similar in appearance to Green Arachnoids. They share the shining green exoskeleton and the broad yellow stripes along the back. Their mandibles are sharper, however, and their threadlike legs carry them more quickly up and down their caverns and through the muck of the marsh. The small cavern beyond the river sometimes houses Emerald Arachnoids, which help the Jades in defense of their home. |
