LugubrionsKeepLugubrion's Keep is located in the Marsh of Puddleby and was first discovered by Phroon with direct guidance from Lugubrion. Initially, the keep was only accessible to thoom, but it's now open to all races. A lot of mystery is present in the amount of water the exists at the keep, including its location in one of the dankest and wettest places in Puddleby. Outside the keep the rain never ceases and the water has found its way inside where it often blocks passage in the halls. In addition, Watery Guardians are found in the western section and are dangerous to all but the most attuned fighters. The keep has been linked with issues concerning the Ethereal Plane.
