The Phoenix egg

Here, I'm writing a letter to all POS peers to propose dismissal
of Sutai's peer position, and possibly expulsion from the POS.
It was me who recommended Sutai as a possible member of POS.
I have to admit that I was wrong on him. I could have noticed
his inability as an ornithologist when I told about my quest
and he laughed at me.
As all of you know, my quest on this islands chain is to find
Lok'Volcania Phoenix, one of the rarest bird on the world. I
have been seeking for it years and years.
Recently, peer Sutai somehow found the phoenix egg from
somewhere. First I thought it was great. Unfortunately,
Sutai did all wrong.
First, he carry the egg to everywhere, even to the most wild
and dangerous places. And, of course, he fell many times. It
is a miracle that the egg is still alive.
Second, now he hides the egg somewhere, and have no will to
share this great opportunity to study the rarest bird's egg
with our fellow POS members.
Third, obviously, the egg need special cares. Although we do
not know much about phoenix, it is known that it has strong
connection with sun and earth. The egg needs to absorb the
power from the sun and earth. Sutai is not taking care of
the egg properly.
For these reasons, I must say Sutai does not worth for the
POS Peer position. I strongly believe he must step down.
