While not as powerful as Moonstone healing, the Sylphstone Ring can be a life saving tactical device. The wearer receives one healing pulse when at full Spirit. Training with Sylpha and Metta Sylpha enhance the effectiveness to a maximum of 75% compared to Moonstone healing.
