ChamelopodCave A mystery hidden inside of a mystery, the Chamelopod Cave was once inaccessable to exiles: a large pile of stones and rubble blocked the entry despite numerous attempts to dislodge it. While rocks still clog the cave's mouth, it is now possible to slip between the rocks. One can find this cave in the far northwestern corner of the Chamelopod Forest. Inside is a semicircular cavern with a sandy floor and many Cave Chamelopods, living side-by-side with Cavern Rats. To the west is a series of gigantic, three-toed prints made by an unknown species (possibly a lizard). The beast that made these footprints must be formidable, as they are larger than an exile! No other signs of this creature can be seen, save for a skeleton hidden against the rocks - one that could easily be a victim of a 'Pod attack. Farther in, past a small opening lined with torches, is the trainer Fallow Furtivefoot?. This writer is unaware of what he teaches, as his response to everyone in the party was that "they could not train with him". |
