KirilDrakesblood

One day, in the Spring of 549, a signpost appeared near the docks of Puddleby. The sign read: "Have 500,000 coppers tribute ready by Merdi, the tenth Day of Spring, or else." and was signed by one Kiril Drakesblood. Of course, no one was willing to give into this threat, resulting in one of the greatest invasions that Puddleby has ever seen.

Kiril Drakesblood was a powerful Darshak Captain, and on the 10th of Merdi she sent a fleet of Darshak warships to Puddleby. Together with the powerful undine forces provided by her ally Necro, Kiril and the Darshak pirates were able to overrun Puddleby, and controlled town for nearly an entire day.

With Puddleby overrun by Darshak, exiles were forced to flee underground where they regrouped and fought a long, drawn-out battle against the invaders.

Things did not look good for exiles, but the tide began to turn when Necro decided to withdraw his undine forces from Puddleby, stemming from a conflict between him and Kiril Drakesblood. Soon, exiles were able to regain more and more of town, and eventually the entire town was regained.

After exiles regained Puddleby, a great battle took place with Kiril Drakesblood in east Puddleby. Kiril Drakesblood was very powerful, but in the end exiles were victorius, and Kiril Drakesblood was slain.

Even today, the sign that Kiril Drakesblood posted stands on the western beach, as a reminder to exiles to be ever vigilant of the Darshak threat.
