With proper training from Splash O'Sul and the help of a Belt of the Wild, a Ranger is able to befriend a creature that he has studied in great detail. The befriended creature will fight alongside the Ranger until he runs out of spirit, or dismisses the creature. A vast investment of time and rigorous training with Duvin Beastlore are required to complete the study. In order to begin studying the ways of a creature, one must already possess knowledge of its movements.
