BawkmasA winter holiday, with many festivities. Like the Feast of Tsrrin, Bawkmas comes once every four years. Each Bawkmas, a Snowy Grove appears west of the North Field, and eggnog becomes seasonally delicious. It is a time of gift-giving and good cheer; Santa Chicken makes appearances in town, keeping a list of who's been naughty and nice and giving gifts regardless. The lines to sit on the white-bearded Chicken's lap are often long. Chef Haricot's niece Legume? visits his humble Eatery and makes latkes. Tato Keks? sells the latkes cheaply, and Legume has been known to give gifts to those who assist her in making them. Decorations — mainly coloured lights and mistletoe — are draped over Puddleby's buildings. |
