BattleHammer

The blunt, heavy head of this weapon amplifies the force its owner puts into the blow, allowing them to pound armor flat and leave destruction in their wake. Like all heavy weapons, the battle hammer can be costly in terms of accuracy and speed, and most fighters who choose the path of the heavy weapon tend to lean towards the extreme power of the axe as opposed to the more moderate battle hammer.

It may not be an axe, but it is still unwise to argue with the person wielding this weapon. Battle hammers are well named: to a fighter with one of these in their hands, the whole world tends to look like a nail. Including you.
