EinaSwansi Eina Swansi can be found on the top floor of the Golden Butterfly Casino, and she explains the house rules for Black Jack. The rules of the game are pretty straightforward: players play against the dealer, who always hits until he reaches 17(the dealer hits on a soft 17). Players can double at any time, and split if they have a pair. Whoever has the higher hand at the end of the game wins. |
