GroarsGem"Groar the Wise guards the powerful jewel." There are two gems in the deepest reaches of the Lyfelidae Caves. This refers to the one embedded in the forehead of the giant lyfelidae statue. Many things about this gem are a mystery. It is obviously an object of great power - Fat Alice seems extremely interested in obtaining it, and Rowl was desperate to steal the gem at the cost of his life. Fat Alice does not seem to know how to wrest the jewel from where it lies, nor do exiles. It is a mystery how Rowl was able to obtain it. Besides the gem in the lyfelidae statue, there is another gem in the middle of a lava pool to the northeast. Fat Alice evidently has offered to help exiles obtain the one surrounded by lava, but for an extravagent price - she has not been taken up on her offer. |
