Rafflehouse Officially known as Argelt's Trading Hall, the Rafflehouse is a moderately-sized building located in East Puddleby. The bulk of its traffic comes through the raffle set up in the outer room. Any exile or visitor may put up their wares for raffle, setting the price for each ticket and deciding whether each potential new owner of their goods may buy more than one ticket. This costs only a few coins, and is a popular method of dispersal for both uncommon and mundane items. The inner room is an auctioning room, where Taaken Argelt himself ensures that all bids are heard and counted. Auctions are fairly uncommon but have been used on several occasions. Auctions are more likely to have rare items finding a new owner than raffles. |
