With proper training from Splash O'Sul, and the help of a Belt of the Wild, a Ranger is able to take the shape of a creature that he has studied in great detail. The morphed Ranger takes on the strengths and weaknesses of that creature, including fighting ability, speed, health regeneration, and even luck-rate. Rangers with morphs that greatly outrank their own training in certain areas may not receive the full strengths of their morphs, and in extreme cases, are unable to study its essence. A vast investment of time and rigorous training with Duvin Beastlore are required to complete the study. In order to begin studying the essence of a creature, one must already possess knowledge of its ways and movements.
