ValleyRatThough first discovered in the Valley, the valley rat is common in most tropical or subtropical regions with an excess of carrion. Notable for their voracious appetites, some valley rats have been found that were nearly as large as a malnourished halfling. Valley rats are agile attackers, and although they do not pose much of a threat to the living, they often get in the way and take several blows to kill. Their body is a mottled grey, with a bare tail extending from the back end. Valley rats swarm fallen animals and exiles, quickly reducing their body to little more than bones. |
