VenomousChigger The second-most common breed of chigger, Venomous Chiggers sport a brightly-coloured yellow abdomen and the distinctive green head that is common between all chiggers. They are small, sized similarly to an Ona Chigger but with the addition of a venom gland. They are significantly more hardy than Ona Chiggers, and are extremely common within and near Scarmis pits. The poison they secrete is relatively mild, and a Purple Antivenom is enough to stop the progression of the poison. When they are killed, their Venom Gland can sometimes be recovered with a fair amount of their poison still within. These glands are useful in a variety of potions, mostly serving as antidotes against their own effects. |
