A group of vigilantes who try to bring order to the chaos that is Puddleby through the use of force and shiny badges. The founder of the PPD is the Sheriff Noivad, and he employs a number of deputies, including Astor, Lunaria, Pun'isher and Skirwan. They recently started a citizen's watch, to keep track of criminal activity in Puddleby.
