MushroomHut A low-ceilinged building constructed near Town Center for the express purpose of growing mushrooms. Upon entering, one is struck by the strong musky aroma of saturated loam and multitudinous fungi. Once one is through the doorway and crouched to avoid brushing the ceiling, the eyes slowly focus and a stream trickling into a deep pool becomes apparent. Most of the ground is obscured by a carpet of small brown mushrooms. A statuesque fungus towers over the pool. The underside of this largest mushroom's cap is routinely harvested for the spores it provides. Though it once provided non-mutated spores, it was changed with all of the other similarly-sized mushrooms throughout the Lok'Groton when the mutation was first discovered on the Cloud. |
