Angilsa Angilsa is of the People, is female, and is a Fighter Trainer. Angilsa resides in the Trainers' Grotto of the Orga Outback, and teaches Fighters who have passed the third circle test a technique Evus is purported to disapprove of. Her lessons help students to dramatically improve their balance recovery in a manner close to the equivalent of two lessons of Regia. The cost of this rapid learning is the loss of an Evus lesson. |
