CloudOfEther Dense, swirling clouds of vaporous ether that attack and home in on exiles. They move rapidly through the Ethereal Plane, and can slip between the smallest gap in fortifications. Finding the core of a cloud is difficult, but once you've done so they are relatively easy to hit and kill. Ethereal Clouds hit a bit harder than an Angry Mother Sasquatch and shoot narrow blue lightning bolts of strength comparable to those fired by Hel'Noths?. A Mystic that is proficient with ethereal amulets is able to dispel these clouds. However, when on the material plane, it is rare for enough ether to be present in the surrounding area for a Mystic to succeed with the dispelling, and fighters must eliminate the cloud through force. An ethercle is sometimes found where they have dissipated. |
