Forests

Most of the island upon which Puddleby rests is covered with forest. The forests are primarily named and grouped by direction:

• North Forest - Laying just north of the Orchard and the North Field.
• Northwest Forest - Found just north of the western part of the North Forest.
• Northeast Forest - Between the Rocky Cavern and Balengil?'s Farm.
• Muddy North Forest - Found north of the eastern part of the North Forest.
• East Forest - Directly east of the East fields.
• South Forest - To the south of the South field, East Farms, and East field.

Some forests, particularly those inhabited by one dominant species of creature or with unusually confusing properties, acquire somewhat more unique names:

• Tanglewood - East of the East fields and north of East Forest.
• Snagglewood - East of Tanglewood and accessible only through Orga Camp.
• Spirit Wood? - East of northern East field through a fairly narrow entrance.

Each system of forest is home to differing types of creatures.

In the South forest there are many Vermine as well as some of the various Cougars, Panthers, and Maha.

In the East forest you will find Bloodhawks, Wendecka, and Orga.

In the North are often Ferals, Vermine, and occasional Orga

Tanglewood and Snagglewood are home to many Orga.

Spirit Wood is home to Spriggins.
