MalachiteArachnoid The namesake of the Malachite Caves, these savage Arachnoids do not hesitate in their defense of the caves that serve as their home. They are extremely accurate, and only the very most talented fighters are able to evade the deep gouges landed by the movements of their rapid claws. Like Olive Arachnoids, they prefer damp caverns with little or no light to breed. They are relatively easy to hit, and target the wounded before the healthy. Their armoured carapace is a pleasant blue-green shade. In the Pitch Caves, Malachites learn from the other local Arachnoids and use their many clicking mandibles to pull themselves over, beneath, and around both opponents and fellow spiders. |
