Okasa is a Sylvan, is male, is a Journeyman Mystic, and is wearing the symbol of E'las Loth'mon Ferindril.

A skilled mystic and scholar, Okasa was the first exile to bring the old sylvan language of Ilsardinish to Lok'groton, compiling it in a helpful dictionary. He was also a skilled poet, who composed spicy sylvan limmericks. His current whereabouts are unknown, but it is believed that he is lost somewhere in the library.

Torgo once had a scholarly friend.
