Savannah

The Savannah is a flat, arid stretch of land characterized by tall grasses and strong winds. It is somewhat separated from the rest of Puddleby Island because of the difficulty in travelling to it. It can be reached through the Marsh or through the narrow southern beaches.

The grasses of the Savannah are tall enough that you may find yourself easily lost when travelling through them. For less confusing travel, stay out of the grass where it is tallest and thickest.

The Savannah is the home of Plains Maha Ruknees and Savannah Mahas. It is also overrun by vermine and it is not uncommon to find snakes slithering through the grass.

There is a Maha Den to the west of the Savannah, and to the east there is a Gem Mine. The Dunes lie to the south.
