ScarabBeetle Also known as the dung beetle, the scarab beetle is herbivorous, and feeds primarily on mushrooms, leaves, and decaying organic matter. Though it does not feed on meat, it will defend its territory against those who trespass. It is found especially on Dal'Noth, and there most commonly in the tunnels beneath the island. It prefers moderate weather. Scarab beetles are known especially for the clinking sound made when their shell is struck by a hard object, and as such, they are sometimes hunted for pleasure. They are related to Fire and Lava beetles. |
