FireBeetle Most aggressive of the Scarab Beetle family, the fire beetle is native to the extremely hot environments of the Lok'Groton — typically lava pits and their surrounding regions. Physically, it is slightly weaker than a Lava Beetle, but makes up for this by periodically releasing great gouts of flame. Fire Beetles do not attack directly, instead preferring to meander as they attack. Fire Beetles can be distinguished from Lava Beetles by their slightly darker colouration; the molten surface of their exoskeleton is somewhat cooler, and has darker veins streaked through the glowing red-orange. |
