Lugubrion's Keep is located in the Marsh of Puddleby and it was first discovered by thoom exile Phroon with guidance from Lugubrion. The Keep features a courtyard, library, conference room, western-section, dungeon, and battlements. All of these areas have been explored with the exception of the dungeon. The architecture of the keep varies when compared with other 'brion brothers.

 

The keep is currently only accessible by thoom and Lugubrion has been friendly to thoom guests, but he has warned exiles from entering the western-section of his keep, a warning which has been largely ignored by the Lugubrion Exploration Group.

 

With the exception of the western-keep, the rest remains safe for guests to explore, including the battlements, which can only be reached by traveling through the western-keep.

 

Interesting Facts:

 

-Orga or "one-eyes" as Lugubrion refers to them used to attack the keep, but have "learned" to avoid it.

 

-Watery Guardians? are created by Lugubrion and serve as a defensive measure to prevent any Sarir from leaving with their questionable knowledge.

 

-Lugubrion doesn't trust most of his Sarir, and forbids them from Ethereal Studies. The result is Lugubrion's personal and extensive library collection is left largely unattended by all but the most trusted of his Sarir.

 

-Lugubrion used to have guards like some of his other brothers, but he no longer employs them.
